US-Italy-Mexico Global Team Building and Alignment Consulting:
A leading US-based global manufacturer contacted us with an urgent need to assist in increasing alignment at the executive level between leaders based in the US and Mexico. We designed, developed and facilitated an initial 2-day country business briefing on Mexico for the US Headquarters of the manufacturing company that was experiencing higher than normal project costs in Mexico.
Perceived and real push back from senior leaders on the Mexico side of operation necessitated immediate action. The successful outcome of this session led to the identification of urgent team building issues among the equipment design engineers and managers in Italy with the operations management and staff in the US and Mexico.
Simultaneous work at the senior level on global negotiation strategy improvement and managerial and operational alignment for the entire supply chain (Italy to Germany to the USA and Mexico) was undertaken. Team building between the Italians, Americans and Mexican management, engineering and technology leaders then followed.
Results: Turned around a new product roll-out that was behind schedule and over budget. Our involvement resulted in substantial cost savings, improved team cohesion, enhanced understanding and partnership at all levels and cross-cultural and operational alignment between the Italian, US and Mexican leaders.

A global petrochemical company was experiencing both tactical and strategic challenges to their overall outsourcing strategy in India. Certain communication challenges, management style differences, information sharing opportunities and relationship building difficulties had been identified and the need to define best practices on both sides of the issue became apparent. A collaborative training initiative was designed and facilitated in the US/UK and India to raise awareness, improve communications, develop effective partnerships and implement best practices for overall operations success. Result: Improved communications on all sides. Enhanced partnerships were established and best practices identified and put into practice.
