TheGlobal Work Styles Inventory TM (GWSI) is an individual assessment tool that provides individuals and teams with a personal profile relating to eight different globally recognized "work styles". The GWSI is a self-validated instrument and is based upon extensive anthropological research, global training and consulting experience.
The GWSI was developed as a tool for assessing personal work styles and their implications for working and collaborating globally. Understanding your own personal or group work style is the first step in working across cultures. The GWSI allows individuals and teams to analyze the implications of their personal or group work styles and develop action plans to improve specific business and management situations on a global basis. The GWSI is a self-administered 96 question online assessment that takes approximately 35 to 50 minutes to complete. Upon completing the online questionnaire you will receive a personal profile of your selected and preferred global work styles.

The GWSI offers you the opportunity to compare and contrast your profile with others and with the general country profiles of up to 12 different countries. The results allow you to compare your preferences with the general preferences of customers, colleagues or co-workers leading to greater understanding.
